Look, I get it.
The world’s a dumpster fire right now. The economy is tanking faster than my dating life. We’re glued to our screens, comparing our messy realities to the curated perfection of Instagram influencers. It’s enough to make anyone want to crawl under a rock and hibernate until the apocalypse is over.
But here’s the thing: misery loves company. And while wallowing in despair might feel good for a hot minute, it’s not going to fix anything. It’s just going to keep us stuck in this cycle of negativity, feeding the beast until it consumes us whole.
So what do we do?
How do we build connections when everyone’s hiding behind their screens?
